To keep in the car

  • Changing pad
  • 2 Regular diapers
  • Change of cloths for baby
  • An extra towel for baby
  • Change of cloths for the adults

To bring to the beach

  • One Towel per person
  • One smaller towel to protect the stroller on the way back from the beach
  • Two-piece bathing suite for baby
  • Extra top for baby (Warmed depending on weather. Go for a zipped vest instead of a sweater if you need something warmer. That way you don’t have to struggle to insert baby’s head in the clothing.)
  • Spray sunscreen
  • Snacks for baby like these: Puff Lil’, and Crunchies
  • Snacks for the adults
  • One water bottle per person (including baby)
  • Nursing cover OR formula kit
  • Jug of fresh water
  • One extra swimming diaper per 2 hours you plan on staying
  • Small amount of wet wipes
  • Baby hat
  • Hat for adults
  • Sweeter for adults
  • Sun glaces
  • Toys for playing in the sand (in their own bag so you limit the amount of sand on everything)
