To keep in the car
- Changing pad
- 2 Regular diapers
- Change of cloths for baby
- An extra towel for baby
- Change of cloths for the adults
To bring to the beach
- One Towel per person
- One smaller towel to protect the stroller on the way back from the beach
- Two-piece bathing suite for baby
- Extra top for baby (Warmed depending on weather. Go for a zipped vest instead of a sweater if you need something warmer. That way you don’t have to struggle to insert baby’s head in the clothing.)
- Spray sunscreen
- Snacks for baby like these: Puff Lil’, and Crunchies
- Snacks for the adults
- One water bottle per person (including baby)
- Nursing cover OR formula kit
- Jug of fresh water
- One extra swimming diaper per 2 hours you plan on staying
- Small amount of wet wipes
- Baby hat
- Hat for adults
- Sweeter for adults
- Sun glaces
- Toys for playing in the sand (in their own bag so you limit the amount of sand on everything)
